Life with two or more young children can feel like a proper whirlwind! It is filled with love, laughter and endless demands. As a mum, you’re constantly juggling multiple roles and it’s so easy to lose sight of your own needs. I remember those days so vividly when it felt like there was no time to pause let alone breathe.

When I had two little ones, I was also running a freelance marketing business with multiple clients. My Mondays were filled with back-to-back calls, switching between industries, and working so hard to meet deadlines whilst doing my best for everyone.

I was stuck in a cycle of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and constant doing. Over time, I became completely disconnected from myself and my nervous system was in overdrive. I was running on adrenaline and I didn’t even realise how burnt out I’d become.

Everything changed when I decided to invest in myself and started working with a life and business coach. For the first time, I began to see how far I’d drifted not just from my family, but from myself and it was clear that I couldn’t keep going like this.

In September 2021, I decided to try and let go of some of my mum guilt and I went on a yoga retreat, it was my first time away from my kids. That retreat was transformative. During the rest of the year I started going to more holistic classes like shamanic drumming, breathwork and sound baths. For the first time in years, I felt like I had found myself again. These practices helped me reconnect with my body, calm my nervous system and move out of burnout. I decided to train as a breathwork facilitator and sound healer with a mission to help others find the peace and balance that I had rediscovered.

Reconnecting with Yourself

Motherhood can be overwhelming, especially when you’re caring for multiple children and juggling other responsibilities. It’s easy to give everything to everyone else and leave nothing for yourself. But here’s what I’ve learned: when you take care of yourself and fill up your own cup, you can show up better for your family.

Finding balance doesn’t mean having it all figured out. It means giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the person you are beyond motherhood.

  • Mum & Baby Triple Essence Healing Sessions

    My Mum & Baby Sessions are a calming space designed for both you and your baby (before your baby starts crawling) to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Held in the peaceful setting of my home, these 90-minute sessions combine guided meditation, sound healing, and gentle moments of stillness to support your well-being.

    Enjoy soothing frequencies from crystal sound bowls, herbal tea, and time to pause, free from the pressures of overstimulating classes or endless to-dos. As you unwind, your baby benefits from the calm energy around them, creating a beautiful shared experience for you both.

    This is your time to breathe, connect, and be nurtured.

  • Monthly Soundbaths

    Join me on the last Sunday of every month for a deeply restorative Sound Bath at a beautiful studio in Muswell Hill. Designed for a small, intimate group of up to 9 people, these sessions offer you the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and create space for healing.

    Each session begins with a guided breathwork practice to calm your mind and ground your energy. From there, let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, and chimes wash over you, easing tension and bringing balance to your body and spirit.

    To close, I’ll draw oracle cards for reflection and offer a moment of Reiki healing to leave you feeling centered and renewed.
